MWL may offer discounts and promotions from time to time for specific products or services. MWL may also offer vouchers or discounts on future services from time to time which are not transferable and relate only to the original purchaser. MWL uses an online payment system which charges administration fees - these are payable by the user directly to the service provider.

Please contact us before disposing of any items if you think that they may be prohibited or contaminate other waste which can be used for recycling.
Under the Australian Consumer Law you also have an obligation to not misuse our products or services, offer them for resale without prior consent or cause any damage, loss or destruction whilst the product or service is in your care and control. This includes allowing prohibited materials to be placed in the skip and overloading.
You should ensure that there is a clear, safe and level area for the placement of any skip bins, with adequate space for our vehicle to deliver the bin. If there are any issues with the placement of a skip bin, please let us know before completing your order so we can discuss options with you.
In the event you are unhappy with a product or service, you may claim a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you simply change your mind, find it cheaper somewhere else or asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of MWL. However, MWL will work with you to try and minimise any costs due to a change in service if the product or service has not yet been delivered.
